When You Watch Bernardo Cruz, You’ll Know What Its Like To Be A Champion

Bernardo Cruz Dominates The Field And Makes It A Two-Peat
Brazilian pro mountain biker Bernando Cruz is no stranger when it comes to the annual Taxco Urban Downhill race in Mexico. Being the reigning champ only means that he has to prove 2014 was no fluke. This years race is considered to be the most competitive in the history of this event.
Being an urban downhill, the course isn’t conventional but that just adds to the excitement and difficulty level. Bernando himself expressed “the track was very technical, with huge jumps, and very steep stairs”.
Bernando is stoked and starts perfectly racing down tight walls and corridors, steep stairs, bends filled with steps, wooden and dirt ramps for some big air and avoiding a minefield of people and stray animals filled along the narrow alleys of the race course.
Watch Bernando Cruz and his winning run as he takes home the victory and now becomes the two time consecutive champion:
