IT’S TIME TO STOP THIS BAD BEHAVIOR IN MOUNTAIN BIKING, CHECK THIS OUT!

THERE ARE 9 BAD HABITS TO MENTION WHEN IT COMES TO MOUNTAIN BIKING AND IT IS TIME TO STOP IT FOR GOOD

It is very important to develop and encourage self-awareness to identify, break, and prevent poor riding behaviors. Blake Samson indicates 9 bad habits in mountain biking that need to be changed. First to mention is stinky pad and smelly kit. No one is comfortable riding with you if your pads having a bad smell especially when it comes on confined spaces. Wash your gear regularly to keep it fresh and clean for the next ride. Second is crunching gears like your mountain bike is crying that it needs to spray some lube but you may snap the chain. Next is two finger breaking which is a bad habit of a mountain biker. Remember to always use brakes by using only one finger and make sure that you have more fingers on your handlebar so you can control your bike. Not being prepared is also one of bad habit. It is relevant to keep yourself and your bike being prepared because you will never know what will gonna happen while you are on a trail.

“We’ve all got bad habits in life and on bikes so us guys a gym being picked out a few of these bad habits that we see quite often.” – Blake Samson

Blake is not prepared and when he got punctured, no one was able to help him, 3:40.

And when you are about to take your snack after burning a lot of energy in mountain biking, dropping litter is a big disappointment of every rider and it supposed to be no littering. Another point of having a bad habit is sitting down and pedal down. It is unsafe to sat down and foot down in a single way for it is an attack position level. Followed by over-braking during turns because corners is not the place to be braking it has crashed all over it. If you’re too fast coming into the corner, make sure to do the braking before the turns then adjust the braking through the corner. Stopping in the middle of the trail is also unsafe for you will not know who’s gonna be behind you. Lastly, don’t pressure washing your mountain bike. It is good that your bike is clean but also gets rid of all those greasy bits.

If you’re going to use pressure washer, do it like this at 6:40.
