Cape Town located at South Africa that you would find this place pretty great for mountain biking trails. Andrew Neethling and Scotty Laughland discovered and find this place as prettiest trail as it could be. Andrew grew up in Cape Town as he always riding, training and racing on his mountain bike for 14 years. He was a former South African downhill racer and unfortunately announced his retirement from World Cup last year. Together with Scotty Laughland, based from Stirling, Scotland who traveled to southern tip of Africa to see his friend and co-biker as what Neethling was going on about. He is presently an ambassador in Scott sports.

There are a lot of great mountain bike trails at Cape Town such as Table Mountain where situated on the edge of the city bowl, Contermanskloof Farm which includes a variety of fun switch-backs, banked and graded single-tracks, Jonkershoek that is placed in a commercial forest, Tokai Forest which agonizing climb up to the radio mast, Dirtopia provides a complete mountain biking experience with trails, Rhebokskloof attributes long stretches of flowing single-track and Helderberg is the most striking views of any trail in South Africa.
